RFRM classes over Zoom have become a regular part of my routine and I honestly have honestly never been in better shape. I used to think I had to take tons of HIIT classes, hot yoga or aggressive cardio to see results but through the repetitive and specific muscle burnouts and the consistency of the class offerings, I've never felt better. I also love the community of people RFRM has created which helps hold me accountable even though I'm alone in my house.
